Hi, I’m Quali, QualiObra’s AI. Your crew posts photos and messages to the WhatsApp group they already use, and I draft the daily construction log (RDO). The engineer of record reviews and approves it, and the PDF is ready in minutes.
Coming soon. Email us and we’ll let you know when we launch. Free, no commitment.

Draft ready
When the workday ended, Quali wrapped up the day’s records and notified Clara Almeida, the engineer of record. Clara opens the draft on her computer or phone, clicks the field she wants to change, answers Quali’s questions, and fixes whatever needs fixing.
No changes to working hours. nothing new todayfrom Sep 3
Facade work stopped from 14:00 to 16:00 due to heavy rain. Work resumed at 16:00 and continued until the end of the workday.
Forty minutes after the draft: two answers, one correction, and not a single line typed from scratch. Quali changed only what Clara asked for and issued the document as approved. The PDF carries Clara’s printed signature block and the chosen photos, and it’s stored exactly as it was approved.
Approved with requests by Clara Almeida on Sep 4, 2026 at 18:10.
The printed signature block always belongs to the engineer of record named on the ART (Brazil’s Technical Responsibility Record), even if someone else approved that day’s log.
The day had 5 people on site and 2 work fronts: infill masonry on the facade, with Gilberto and Valdir Sample, and the plumbing installation on the ground floor, with Anselmo Sample. Sample Supplier Ltd. delivered 80 bags of CP IV cement, and 3 pieces of site equipment were reported. Heavy rain stopped facade work from 14:00 to 16:00, and the crew resumed right after.

Watch the daily log go through review: edits to the draft, then sign-off by the engineer of record.

See pricingHi! I’m Quali, the AI inside QualiObra. Let me show you… how it works! Your crew records the day. Send updates as they happen, or all at once at the end. Your call.
Once it’s all in WhatsApp, the engineer asks me to close the day. I gather every record and draft the daily log. Every line of the draft is ready for review. The engineer fixes each item right where it appears.
A fix updates the document, and any guidance you leave is saved, so the next draft learns from it. Changed fields are marked as edited. Guidance without a text change shows up as a note. Nothing gets lost.
Once it’s reviewed and approved, the engineer gets the official PDF. I prepare. You decide. What used to take hours of paperwork now takes minutes. Your site has a lot to tell. I’ll organize it.

The engineer of record. They open the draft, check the entries, fix what’s needed, and approve it. Quali prepares the document and never approves anything on her own. The PDF carries the engineer of record’s printed signature block.
No. The crew keeps using the same WhatsApp group as always. QualiObra opens in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
No. Quali is in the group as a read-only member and only reads the messages. When something is missing, she leaves a question in the draft’s observations for the engineer of record to check.
The messages, photos, and documents the crew sends: work activities, materials received, equipment, crew, and incidents. Quali organizes these records for review.
