Your site has
a lot to tell.
I’ll organize it.

Hi, I’m Quali, QualiObra’s AI. Your crew posts photos and messages to the WhatsApp group they already use, and I draft the daily construction log (RDO). The engineer of record reviews and approves it, and the PDF is ready in minutes.

Coming soon. Email us and we’ll let you know when we launch. Free, no commitment.

Hi! I’m Quali, the AI inside QualiObra. Let me show you… how it works! Your crew records the day. Send updates as they happen, or all at once at the end. Your call.

Once it’s all in WhatsApp, the engineer asks me to close the day. I gather every record and draft the daily log. Every line of the draft is ready for review. The engineer fixes each item right where it appears.

A fix updates the document, and any guidance you leave is saved, so the next draft learns from it. Changed fields are marked as edited. Guidance without a text change shows up as a note. Nothing gets lost.

Once it’s reviewed and approved, the engineer gets the official PDF. I prepare. You decide. What used to take hours of paperwork now takes minutes. Your site has a lot to tell. I’ll organize it.

How do I get launch updates?

Click “Get launch updates” and send us a short email with your name, your company, and how many projects you run. Add a WhatsApp number if you’d like. We’ll let you know about the launch and ask what your projects need. It’s free, and it doesn’t create an account or start a subscription.

Who approves the daily log?

The engineer of record. They open the draft, check the entries, fix what’s needed, and approve it. Quali prepares the document and never approves anything on her own. The PDF carries the engineer of record’s printed signature block.

Do I need to install anything on site?

No. The crew keeps using the same WhatsApp group as always. QualiObra opens in the browser, on a computer or a phone.

Does Quali post in the group?

No. Quali is in the group as a read-only member and only reads the messages. When something is missing, she leaves a question in the draft’s observations for the engineer of record to check.

What goes into the daily log?

The messages, photos, and documents the crew sends: work activities, materials received, equipment, crew, and incidents. Quali organizes these records for review.

How much does it cost?

Planned Brazil launch pricing, in BRL: 1 Project at R$ 290/mo, Up to 5 Projects at R$ 690/mo, and Multi-company at R$ 1,490/mo. Billed annually, the planned prices are R$ 232, R$ 552, and R$ 1,192 per month. QualiObra hasn’t launched yet. Signing up for updates is free.

Can I correct a day that’s already approved?

Yes. The approved document is kept exactly as issued. Any correction goes out as an amendment, with a record of who requested it and why.
